Fair Prices - Low Rates

  • Flat $9.90 for express shipping
  • Free express shipping for all purchases over $150

We know our prices are extremely fair - but here's the thing: most of our products have a value of less than a hundred dollars. That does not really justify any additional costs, such as high shipping rates doesn't it? No charge would be nice - but check your Australian road map - yep, this is one big continent and the guys from the parcel service won't deliver your box for free. In order to make your purchase reasonable we have kept shipping as cheap as possible.
So here's the deal:

  1. All across the nation - express shipping is flat $9.90 on all purchases under $150 (based on purchase value excluding postage). Free delivery on orders over AUD $150 (based on purchase value excluding postage).
  2. When your order qualifies for free delivery, our system automatically takes out the shipping charge from your order. The $9.90 shipping charge does not add to the total purchase value accountable for free delivery.
  3. For orders under AUD $150 (based on purchase value excluding postage) your $9.90 shipping costs will be added to your shopping cart.
Please do not order if you reside outside of Australia - we do not ship to addresses outside of Australia. Please be aware that we will charge an administration fee if we have to cancel an order placed from outside of Australia (Please see T&C for details).
To all cycling friends in NZ: We'll let you guys know once we're opening the gates - promised.
We guarantee speedy delivery. All regular orders will be dispatched within 24hrs. If an ordered product is not in stock, it will be set on back-order and is automatically dispatched once available. If you do not wish to receive any such subsequent deliveries, please indicate this when ordering. You will, of course, not be charged for subsequent shipments.

 

Expected Delivery:

On average, it takes 4 business days for our parcels to be delivered (door-to-door within Australia). We use the following parcel services: Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.
If your product is on back-order, you will be notified regarding an estimated date of arrival. As a non-binding guideline, you can expect the following turnaround times:

  • All Major Cities and Metro Areas: 1 - 2 business days
  • Country: 2 - 3 business days
  • All other areas: Expect 5 business days or more, depending on location
podiumbikeparts.com ships your order with registered post (Parcel service depending on location). We recommend that your shipping address allows delivery during business hours (example: your workplace). However, if this is not possible, a message will usually be left and you can schedule re-delivery at a more convenient time, or sometimes even pick up from a local depot. We will provide you with the tracking/consignment number allowing you to check the status of your parcel. All shipping addresses are required to be full residential addresses or business premises.
