Do you take international orders?
Unfortunately, we do not take international orders. We really appreciate your international enquiries but we are a small company and have to ensure we stay on top of things. For the moment, our focus is on meeting the demand of our domestic customers to ensure speedy delivery and customer satisfaction. However, we are planning to expand - so please feel invited to check in from time to time.
How long will delivery take?
On average, it takes 4 business days for our parcels to be delivered (door-to-door within Australia).We use the following parcel services: Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. In stock products will be dispatched within 24hrs. If your ordered product is on back-order, you will be notified regarding an estimated date of arrival. As a non-binding guideline, you can expect the following turnaround times:
- All Major Cities and Metro Areas: 1 - 2 business days
- Country: 2 - 3 business days
- All other areas: Expect 5 business days or more, depending on location
Which credit cards do you accept?
We are using PayPal as our payment gateway. They are one of the most well known payment gateways with a reputation for a safe and reliable service. You can either set up your own PayPal account or pay with any of the major credit cards directly.
Do I need a PayPal account to order?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to buy. Simply choose the "Don't have a PayPal account" option when you get to the PayPal payment page and pay by credit card. You can also pay by money order by choosing the appropriate payment method at the time of checkout.
What is your return policy?
We have a no-quibble 30 days return policy. You can find the exact policy here. Basically, if you're unhappy with a product and the product is new & unused* you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and request either refund or a similar product.
*Deemed ”new” for podiumbikeparts.com are unopened, unused, complete & spotless products, which are still in its original, undamaged packaging (carton, satchel, etc.).
Please check all this is the case prior to any returns.
Do I have to cover shipping when I return a product?
Yes. Unless the product you received was damaged or faulty otherwise - in this case you will have to contact us prior to returning and make a warranty claim.
What happens if I buy a product that is out of stock?
We try our best to keep the website up to date, which means that all selectable products should be in stock. However, mistakes may happen, so if a product on your order is sold out the following routine applies: We will notify you by email, cancel this item from your order and ship only the remainder of your order. If your initial selection would have qualified for free shipping, it will still remain free even if your new order value is below $150. Under all circumstances, we will only charge your credit card for items we actually ship.
When will my PayPal account/credit card be charged?
Once you have completed your purchase, your card will be charged immediately. The confirmation email shows the details of your order. Should you have ordered a product that is not available for immediate shipment, we will charge your credit card for the product once it is ready to be sent.
What is your shipping rate?
We charge a standard rate of $9.90 for shipping and handling, except for orders over $150.
Can I have free shipping on my order?
Yes, all purchases valued over $150 have free shipping. The standard rate of $9.90 shipping will be automatically deducted from your payable total once the goods in your cart exceed $150.
Do you allow pick-ups?
No. All orders have to be delivered via one of our parcel services.
How do I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking/consignment number. Depending on the stated parcel service, you can track your order by selecting the relevant parcel service.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel the order by notifying us immediately via email or phone. We will try to stop the process but can not guarantee that this is still possible. Be quick – once your order has left our warehouse it can not be cancelled anymore. You would then have to wait for delivery and return later at your own cost (Please consider the return policy). If your parcel is already in transit with the freight company, it can not be redirected to another address either.
Do I need to set up an account with podiumbikeparts.com?
No, you can shop without setting up an account. However, we sometimes make special offers and give discount vouchers to account holders.
Do you store my credit card info?
No. Since all payments are processed through PayPal we actually never see your credit card info.
What do I need to make an order?
The procedure is very simple:
- Choose the product you would like to buy.
- Select the type/size/color/option, etc.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button.
- You can check the products in your cart and the total cost by clicking on the "Items in my cart" link. Postage costs will be shown in your basket when your purchase value is less than $150. You can remove selected products from your basket or change the quantity at any time.
- Hit the “checkout” button once you are ready to purchase.
- The PayPal checkout system will open a new window for secure processing.
- Complete the requested details on the PayPal forms.
- Confirm your order details to complete your order by clicking “send order”.
- Once finished, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details.
