Restrictions
All products and goods offered at www.podiumbikeparts.com are available to customers from Australia only. We DO NOTaccept international orders (Please also refer to “Shipping & Delivery).
Purchase agreement
The display of products or offers or services on our website constitutes a non-binding offer. By clicking on the “Send Order” button you are submitting a binding order for the products listed in the shopping basket. After submitting the order you will be sent a confirmation of receipt. A purchase agreement is only concluded upon a confirmation of the order or through actual delivery of the goods within 14 business days (Except goods that are on back-order).
Retention of Title
The goods delivered remain our property until complete payment has been made. The contractual arrangement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of South Australia.
Prices
All prices are shown and carried out in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without prior notice. Online orders are not available for pick-up from our warehouse location.
Availability
Products shown as “in stock” are subject to availability and prior sale, unless marked other.
However, if any goods you've ordered have become out-of-stock, or unavailable contrary to indication on the website, we will ship the goods that are available and the product that is unavailable will be cancelled from the order and we will notify you by either email or by phone of the cancellation. We DO NOT place items on back-order. You will only be charged for goods shipped.
All prices in our newsletters or on our website are subject to change without prior notice. podiumbikeparts.com is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing in our newsletter or website. All orders are subject to acceptance by podiumbikeparts.com.
We reserve the right to refuse an order.

Prices on our web site are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted (excluding cached Google pages). Please ensure prior to your purchase, that your browser shows the most current website. Most specials or clearance offers have limited quantities, sizes/colours, and may no longer be available.
Method of payment
Every purchase is processed via fast and secure online payments with PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can easily create one: sign up under www.paypal.co.uk/signup and link your bank account or your credit card (Visa/Master Card/etc.) to your PayPal account to be able to pay via PayPal.
All payments made to podiumbikeparts.com via PayPal are carried out in Australian Dollars (AUD).
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs
We charge flat $10 on all purchases under $150 (based on purchase value excluding postage).FREE DELIVERY on orders over AUD $150 (based on purchase value excluding postage).
When your order qualifies for FREE DELIVERY, our system automatically applies the discount to your order. The $10 shipping charge do not add to the total purchase value accountable for free delivery.
For orders under AUD $150 (based on purchase value excluding postage) your $10 shipping costs will be added to your shopping cart.
PLEASE NOTE: We sell to customers within Australia only. We DO NOT accept International orders. Please DO NOT place an order if you reside outside of Australia (shipping/billing address). Any International orders placed will be cancelled and your payment refunded LESS $50 AUD administration charge (However, if the order value was less than $50, the full purchase amount will be charged).
All regular orders will be despatched within 24hrs during regular business hours (Mon-Fri). If a product is not available, contrary to indication on the website, we will cancel that item from your order and ship the remainder of the order. There is no change to shipping charges. If the order qualified for free shipping before the cancellation of the item, free shipping also applies to the remainder of the order even if its value is less than $150.
Expected Delivery Timeframe: On average, it takes 4 business days for our parcels to be delivered (door-to-door within Australia).
We use the following parcel services: Australia Post, TOLL Ipec and Fastway Couriers.
Orders for available goods will be dispatched within 24hrs during normal business hours (Mon - Fri). If your product is on back-order, you will be notified regarding an estimated date of arrival. As a non-binding guideline, you can expect the following turnaround times:
- All capital cities & Metro Areas: 2-5 business days
- Country areas: 4-7 business days
- All other areas: Up to 9 business days or more, depending on location.
podiumbikeparts.com ships your order with registered post (Parcel service depending on location). We recommend that your shipping address allows delivery during business hours (eg. your workplace). However, if this is not possible, a message will be left and you can schedule re-delivery at a more convenient time, or sometimes pick up from a depot in your area. We will provide you the tracking/consignment number and contact details of the parcel service allowing you to check the status of your delivery. All shipping addresses are required to be full residential addresses or business premises – no P.O. Box addresses are accepted.
We DO NOT deliver to P.O. Box Addresses.
Damage during shipment/complaints
Please inform us within 7 days with respect to obvious defects. If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged, please check or open it immediately in the presence of the postman / package delivery service and have a confirmation of damage issued. Please always return the package together with our return form, which can be requested here and a copy of the confirmation of damage (issued by the postman). The original shipping box has to be used when making the return.
4. Returns
Right of return
You are entitled to return “as new”* goods bought from podiumbikeparts.com by return shipment within 30 days. You are not obliged to give any reasons for doing so. This period starts to run after receipt of this written legal notice e.g. by email, letter, fax) but not prior to receipt of the goods by the recipient however (also, not prior to the receipt of the first delivery where there is repeated delivery of goods similar in type).
The cancellation period is met if the product is sent for return within the specified time. The return shipment will, in any case, be performed at your cost and risk.
Refunds are at the discretion of podiumbikeparts.com and must be notified within 30 Days.
Information on “how to return a shipment”
Our shipping packaging is also suitable for making return shipments. Please follow this guideline:
- Please ensure the products are in “as new”* condition before you return them.
- Make sure you are within the 30 days return period prior to sending.
- Repackage your products wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of the completed returns form. All of our deliveries include a return consignment note prepared for this circumstance. You can request a return shipment form from us by simply clicking here.

Using the offered possibility of returning products is not a mandatory precondition for making use of your right of return.
Consequences of return
In case a product is validly returned, both parties are to return the respective contractual performance received and to hand over to the other any benefits accrued (e.g. advantages of use). Compensation for loss in value may be demanded in the event that the product has deteriorated. This does not apply where the deterioration of the product results solely from the examination of the same – as may have been possible in a shop environment. You can avoid the duty of having to compensate a loss in value through the proper use of the article by not using it as if it were your own property and by refraining from doing anything that might reduce its value. Obligations in respect of reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins to run for you with the dispatch of the product or the demand of return. The period relevant for us begins with the receipt of the same.
5. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties and retailer warranty
All warranty policies referred to, or stated on the podiumbikeparts.com website are additional manufacturer or retailer warranty policies. Your legal warranty claims for defect or faulty goods (e.g. subsequent delivery in the form of compensation delivery or repair) towards us are not restricted by these warranty policies. Additional manufacturer or retailer warranties do not come to effect in case of improper treatment or natural wear and tear. Errors and information given by mistake are not binding and we accept no liability in respect thereof. Delivery is conditional on the availability of stock. Our deliveries are made on the basis of our General Terms and Conditions. All prices are stated in Australian Dollar/AUD.
